A full service data management package. This includes outsourcing data management services to
Hedgecasa (entry, cleaning, structuring and validation), along with flexible and powerful
data access and analytical tools for comparing funds and portfolios. The service can also
integrate the investor's own notes and papers concerning each fund and reporting functions
whether in-house or to clients.
- Hedgecasa cleans and structures all external data feeds on behalf of the client investor.
- Hedgecasa receives from the client all information the client has obtained directly from
individual hedge funds that the client would like to be integrated into the database.
- Hedgecasa integrates this data into the client system after going through the processes
of extraction, entry, cleaning, structuring and validation.
- The client can alternatively upload their own data into the system which can be verified by
Hedgecasa according to the client's preferences.
- Search, filtering and comparisons of qualitative data available through various techniques.
- Statistical analysis possible on both qualitative and quantitative information.
- Quantitative data available for analysis with a variety of statistical procedures on a
stand-alone or portfolio basis.
- Portfolios can be created and analysed relative to benchmarks or against other portfolios
and constituents.
- Non-standard content can be stored, searched and analysed next to the standardised database
content for viewing only by the client (as opposed to Hedgecasa). This includes journal entries,
offering documents and other articles related to particular funds.
- Reports can be produced both at the fund level and the portfolio level.
- Reports can be customised on a drag-and-drop basis and downloaded into multiple formats for
easy printing and viewing.
- All information stored through a powerful database structure within a secure server location.
